Law Enforcement and Legal Requests

Radio Stalker preserves evidence.
Access to restricted data requires lawful process.

Radio Stalker does not automatically disclose private information.

Radio Stalker does not proactively share RF observations, device patterns, location data, or forensic evidence with any agency — without a valid lawful request instrument.

Restricted information that may be preserved:

exact GPS
raw identifiers
full timelines
custody chain
forensic references
scanner/session proof

This information is not automatically exposed to customers or the public.

Access requires:

lawful request
subpoena
court order
authorized legal process

Police Request Packet

A Radio Stalker police request packet explains what evidence exists, what categories of data may be available, and how authorized parties can request access.

How lawful requests work:

01
Submit Lawful Request
Present a valid subpoena, court order, or authorized legal instrument to the evidence custodian.
02
Identity Verification
The legal administrator verifies the requesting agency and authority of the request.
03
Legal Hold Applied
A legal hold is immediately placed on the relevant evidence packages — preventing deletion for the duration.
04
Evidence Package Prepared
The full forensic evidence package is prepared, including integrity metadata, custody chain, and requested data.
05
Secure Export
Evidence is exported in a documented, audited manner. The export event is logged to the custody chain.
06
Request Fulfilled
The legal request is closed with a reference number. Legal hold maintained or released based on request terms.

Evidence Preservation

Evidence packages under legal hold are never deleted — regardless of account status, plan expiry, or downgrade.

All evidence includes integrity metadata. Any alteration is immediately detectable.

The chain-of-custody audit log is append-only and cannot be modified.
